1. Data Handled on Your Device

Analyzer handles profiles, records, notes, analysis history, recorded or selected videos, pose coordinates, meal photos, meal nutrition-label images, custom meal recipes, and values read from HealthKit on your device. Meal-photo suggestions and nutrition-label text recognition run on device, and the images, suggestion results, and recognized text are not sent to an external service. Custom meal recipe templates are stored on device and included in personal-data backups that you create. Videos, audio, raw pose coordinates, and HealthKit values read by iPhone are not sent to Firebase.

2. Cloud Synchronization

When cloud synchronization is enabled, Analyzer sends your nickname, notes, training, body-composition, sleep, calendar, and permitted group-sharing data to Google Firebase under your Firebase UID. Meal-record cloud backup is disabled by default. Only when you enable it in Settings does Analyzer synchronize meal names, amounts, times, nutrition values, and notes to your private Firebase area; meal records are not shared with groups. Analyzer does not request your Apple name or email address.

3. Purposes

Data is used to save and restore records, synchronize across devices, share group schedules and permitted records, and display analysis and recovery information. Analyzer does not use data for advertising, data sales, or cross-app tracking.

4. HealthKit and Apple Watch

On iPhone, Analyzer reads authorized HealthKit data for on-device display. On Apple Watch, Analyzer saves user-started workouts and active energy to HealthKit. HealthKit data is not used for advertising, sale, or data mining.

5. Third-party Services and Security

Analyzer uses Google Firebase for authentication and cloud synchronization, optional Sign in with Apple for account continuity, and Open Food Facts to retrieve product names and nutrition information by barcode. Only the barcode number is sent to Open Food Facts. Photos, meal records, Firebase UID, and other profile information are not sent to Open Food Facts. Open Food Facts includes community-contributed information that may differ from the product label. Transport encryption, Firestore Security Rules, Firebase App Check, and Apple App Attest are used to reduce unauthorized access.

6. Choices, Retention, and Deletion

Permissions are requested only when you select a feature that needs them and can be changed in iOS Settings. Device and cloud records are retained until you delete them. Settings can delete only the cloud copy of meal records while keeping the records on your device. Settings > Account can permanently delete Firebase Authentication, related cloud data, group membership, and on-device data. A group with only its owner is dissolved automatically; ownership must be transferred first when other members remain.

Version 1.0.5 Security Update and Legacy Shared Records

Water, optional cycle notes, VBT metadata and saved food items are stored locally. In version 1.0.5, signing out clears local account data. New group sharing is opt-in and uses account IDs rather than display names. After the server security update is completed, older name-attributed shared records and retired conversations are retained in administrator-only storage and can no longer be viewed in the app. We do not guess ownership from names. If these records need review before account deletion, the app pauses deletion and directs you to Support; the account is not reported as fully deleted until clearance is complete.
